Minimum Stays:

• From Friday before Labor Day 2025 until Columbus Day 2025: 3-night minimum.
• From Columbus Day 2025 to December 31, 2025: 2-night minimums except 3-night minimums for holidays.
• From January 1, 2026 to May 22, 2026: 31-night minimum rentals (That is not a typo, in the winter months we are currently restricting to 31 nights or more).
• From May 23,2026 to mid-June, 2026: No rentals will be offered at this time.
• Mid-June to late Summer 2026: 2-week minimum rentals.

Refundable Damage Deposit: A $400 refundable damage deposit will be due 45 days prior to arrival date and is refunded within 2 weeks after departure.

Discounts: Throughout the year there may be weekly or monthly discounts which aren’t shown on the calendar.  These added discounts can only be calculated once the first 3 sections are completed in the Instant Quote form below.
